  • Cofounder & COO at Financial Gravity

    Hired to facilitate smooth merger with Cloud9b2b, administer business plan, and surpass P&L objectives. Led seven-person team in directing all aspects of new business development, startup operations, problem resolution, and setup of core processes. Effectively collaborated with the Board and CEO in aligning messaging with organizational execution. Managed all media relations and presentations.  Founded Cloud9b2b in 2013 and achieved strong six-figure revenue, while positioning business to be acquired by fourth client Financial Gravity, with seven-figure revenues.  Smoothly corrected flawed IPO plan to allow FGCO to go public via an APO.

  • President at DXS Financial Services

    Initially recruited as Consultant and charged with overhauling all business functions for a rapid-growth startup – DebtXS. Managed fourteen staff in coordinating all daily business operations, including lead generation, service delivery, target marketing, cost controls, regulatory compliance, and technology deployment. Established all operating processes and created industry-leading customer service unit with up to 225 internal and 110 outsourced professionals. Coordinated regular interaction with media outlets with extensive personal recognition by leading industry resources.  As EVP, founded EFA Processing in 2007 and succeeded in expanding it from $0 to $35M with $1.2M in first year revenue and $53K in profit to $35.2M in revenue and $2.9M in profit in 2010.  Formed and led top-talent group in reinforcing 100+ organizations and their clients, representing $1B+ in unsecured debt; also instituted proactive service model through customertoolbox.com to deliver optimal client experience with minimal expense.  Implemented SaaS custom software that was first to fully integrate with DocuSign; also integrated with TransUnion and other platforms through an API, serving 100+ B2B clients with 1,000+ sales professionals, resulting in 1,200 Internet leads each day.

    Supported Field and Call Center Operations of this new insurance company developed by the former executive team of Titan Auto Insurance from a Greenfield strategy, with over $30,000,000 in venture capital. Facilitated tours and demos for the sale of approximately 98% of this entity by Vesta Insurance, later becoming Affirmative Insurance Holdings.

    Managed 7 retail centers and a regional facility throughout the state with full responsibility for market performance. Managed 110 employees.
